Managing
employees is always a challenge for the Human Resource Department of any
organization. Especially when it comes to attendance, it’s always a never
ending effort to control the absenteeism and tardiness. I work in a software
firm as an HR Manager. As I was taking care of client relations also, I used to
be out of my office for long time. Therefore, tracking attendance was a
nightmare. Previously I was tracking attendance manually in excel. It did not
work though. My company was not in a stage to spend much money for the
expensive RFID card system. So, I was looking for a cheaper workable
solution.
